What exactly do you update?
We update WordPress core, your theme and your plugins. Updates are managed carefully, with checks to make sure your website is working afterwards.
Will this break my website?
We carry out updates carefully and check your website afterwards. Daily backups provide a safety net if something goes wrong. If it breaks, we fix it.
Do I need to move my hosting?
No. Moving your hosting is optional. If you'd like to move, migration is free and we cover the hosting overlap.
What's the catch with the free website?
We make our money from ongoing website care, not the build. The £324 annual plan covers your website build, hosting, security and care.
How long does the website take to build?
